During her college days, she joined 'natyaparag' and dedicated her time to addressing social, educational, and cultural issues. Her commitment to making a positive impact on society was evident even in her younger years. However, after getting married, she found herself consumed with domestic responsibilities, and her social work took a back seat.

It was during a challenging period in her life, between 2012-2015, that she found the inspiration to start BeingWithYou HELP Foundation. Both of her in-laws were hospitalized due to illnesses, and she also had a young daughter to care for. It was during this time that she recognized the immense strain that families experience when their loved ones are hospitalized. She saw firsthand the struggle of balancing work, managing household chores, and being present at the hospital to support their family members.

This experience fueled her desire to create a volunteer group that could provide relief to the families of patients. She envisioned a support system that could step in and alleviate some of the burdens faced by these families, even if only for a few hours. Her goal was to offer them some respite so that they could manage their responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed.

Through her leadership and unwavering commitment, she has created a community of support and compassion that continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

Ashish Prabhudesai is a distinguished mechanical engineer with a passion for quality assurance, currently contributing his expertise to a leading multinational medical technology company. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ashish is a multifaceted individual deeply engaged in various cultural, educational, and philanthropic endeavors.

Trained in classical vocal and harmonium, Ashish brings a rich artistic dimension to his pursuits. He serves as the director of the Being With You Help Foundation, a testament to his commitment to making a positive impact in the community. Additionally, he holds the esteemed positions of founder and president of Abhiruchi Devrukh, an organization dedicated to promoting cultural events.

Ashish's influence extends into the academic sphere, where he serves on the advisory boards of prestigious institutions such as Finolex College of Engineering and Technology, Ratnagiri, and Indira Institute of Pharmacy, Devrukh. He is deeply involved with SNEH SAMRUDDHI MANDAL, an NGO focused on women empowerment, where he actively participates as an honorary advisor.

Furthermore, Ashish is a dynamic force in sports and civic engagement. As a founder member and player of the Sangameshwar Taluka Badminton Association, Devrukh (BAST), he promotes an active and healthy lifestyle within the community. He is also a founding member and member of the executive committee for "Aapala Devrukh – Sundar Devrukh," a group dedicated to cleanliness and city beautification efforts.

Ashish Prabhudesai's diverse contributions reflect his unwavering commitment to enhancing society's well-being through cultural enrichment, education, and community development initiatives.

Being Madhavitai’s younger sister, she too grew up in a family where the importance of helping others was always emphasized. During her college days, she too had joined Natyaparag, showing her love for drama and poetry. Her passion for the arts led her to participate in state drama competitions, where she showcased her talent and received accolades for her poetry. Not only that, she has even released three song albums, proving her versatility and creativity.

Life took an unexpected turn when her mother got hospitalized, and just like Madhavitai, she also juggled between work and the hospital, taking care of their mother.

When Madhavitai decided to start the NGO, she wholeheartedly embraced the idea and became an integral part of it. Her commitment and passion for helping others made her the perfect fit for managing the Mumbai cohort of our foundation. Her organizational skills and compassionate nature have been instrumental in making a positive impact on the lives of many in Mumbai.

Meet our young director at Being With You Help Foundation, currently pursuing her Masters in Psychology. She is always the first to lend a helping hand to those in need, embodying the true spirit of compassion. With her natural ability to connect with others, she effortlessly forms meaningful friendships and has discovered her calling in supporting individuals to prioritize their mental well-being.

Her deep understanding of the unique needs and care requirements of vulnerable patients makes her an invaluable member of our team, contributing significantly to the advancement of our organization.
